We are currently seeking adaptable individuals for the new role of Duty Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Providing an excellent customer experience
- Support all departments in their daily function
- React to unexpected events
The role will be both operational and office based and provide experience in all areas of this multi-faceted venue , as well as undertaking duties in the opening and closing of the building, staff inductions, health & safety, room and event set up’s, event management and customer complaints / comments.
