An excellent career opportunity has arisen within SLL for a Corporate Fitness & Sales Manager to work with our Centre Management and Sales Teams to help define fitness and increase sales opportunities whilst broadening the opportunities available to our customers.
You will be required to work towards improving fitness membership retention and Sales across SLL, plan and oversee fitness and Sales workforce development, increase non-membership fitness income and plan and ensure for the consistent delivery of a high standard of service throughout the company.
It is essential that the successful candidate holds a recognised fitness qualification to level 3 of REPS and have experience in both fitness and multisite management. It is also essential that you have an excellent understanding of retention, attrition and sales processes and customer service standards as well as the ability to manage multiple projects.
